New Innovative Ideas

Recently I attended a Real Estate Technology conference in San Francisco. Accompanying me was Emmett Brennan (Owner Sugar Pine Realty/GMAC), Mike Brennan, Shawn Ball, and Bob Lawson all Realtors with Sugar Pine Realty/GMAC.

It is amazing how technology is advancing and all the new innovative new products that are available to Real Estate professionals. Just learning about "Blogs" was incredible and how using this forum can help our market or even "niche" in Tuoulumne County. I believe that we can help our community and market by responding to current issues and listings that are available, and educating consumers about Tuolumne County and the current housing market.

I challenge other Realtors in the area to help develop the opportunity to talk about listings and activities to help in creating a more informed source for the community.

Hello,

A few words from Shawn Ball of the blogger network with Sugar Pine Realty/GMAC. One comment I have to make regarding the note from Coyster is that he is absolutely right. The real estate industry is changing more rapidly than we know. With the innovation of VOW's (virtual office websites) IDX, Electronic document storage and the advent of electronic signatures we are definitely going to see a complete revamping of how the real estate industry operates. We are truly on the ground floor of a better real estate distribution system and it is our job as Realtors and brokers to keep ourselves on the bleeding cutting edge of real estate techknowledgy. Providing faster, more efficient ways to shop for homes, preview properties, find an agent and close a transaction with the ease similar to eBay and Amazon.com
